To register and use the 25ph platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the Philippines or otherwise permitted by applicable law to participate in online gaming activities. All deposits on 25ph are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) through local Philippine payment channels, and your account balance is denominated exclusively in PHP with no currency conversion required. Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment channel, and 25ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues outside our control. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name — using another person's payment account to fund your 25ph balance is a breach of these Terms. 25ph reserves the right to request verification of your payment method before processing any transaction, and to withhold or reverse transactions where fraud or misuse is suspected. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of your transaction. All transactions are final once confirmed, and 25ph does not accept liability for funds deposited in error by the player.
Your 25ph account gives you access to all available platform sections — including Sports, Betting, Slot Game, and Bingo — using a single PHP balance, subject to these Terms and any section-specific rules that may apply. You agree to use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not to exploit, manipulate, or interfere with any game, odds, or system in a way that is unfair to other players or to 25ph. Any attempt to use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. 25ph reserves the right to void bets, cancel game rounds, or withhold winnings where there is evidence of technical error, system abuse, or collusion. Prohibited conduct on the platform includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, attempting to reverse-engineer or hack any part of the platform, engaging in money laundering, and harassing or threatening other users or support staff. 25ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such activity to relevant authorities in the Philippines where required by law. Any balance held in a suspended or closed account may be withheld pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or Terms violation. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact the support team to request a review of the decision.
25ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the most current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update clearly indicated at the top. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.
